Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Do you teach elementary grades? Are they collaborating and connecting outside of your classroom to ask questions and inspire creativity? Come learn how one group of amazing first grade students are using iPads to do just this - within their school and with the world. In this session, you will learn ways you can safely use social media and collaboration based iPad apps to increase classroom connections and engage learners. I will look at how creating and sharing with a global audience can teach kids about digital citizenship and help understand the importance of learning networks even at this young age.
