In this session, participants will gain practical knowledge on how to implement iPads in a meaningful way, embed them into the curriculum and create a culture where technology and iPads are a tool to achieve deeper learning. This session is catered for school and curriculum leaders. It will include strategies on how to move into a 1:1 program, provide examples of successful staff development models, and ways to educate and train faculty. The session will also include ways to involve the parent community, fundraising groups, and get the students on board.
The presentation will be led by the Acalanes High School principal and the technology leadership team. Acalanes High School has been recognized by Apple as the Apple Distinguished program.
