Drawp for School -  New ipad app makes digital creativity in school easy and exciting

Building on the success of Drawp, the popular art app for kids, MoonDrop Entertainment released Drawp for School, an iPad app that not only offers the exciting creativity tools Moondrop is known for, but also offers intuitive workflow management tools that save teachers valuable classroom time. Teachers can distribute and collect work as easily as with paper worksheets, and Drawp automatically stores and sorts assignments in the private Drawp cloud.

Ana Albir, Moondrop CEO, notes: “Digital content creation tools have many benefits, but can add extra work for teachers. Drawp solves this problem by offering exciting creativity tools wrapped with automatic workflow management, making it easy for teachers to implement digital technology in their classrooms. It’s not a matter of adopting difficult new technology, but making what teachers already do easier, faster, and more efficient.”

In this one hour session, Ana Albir will go over:

●      superior creativity tools available with Drawp

●      patented in-app collaboration platform

●      built-in automatic workflow management tools

In addition, people who attend the session can sign up for free unlimited one-year subscriptions (usually $99.99).

Superior Creativity Tools

Drawp is the first app to offer professional-grade art software, unlimited voice stickers, and multiple mark-up tools. Teachers of any subject can upload worksheets and students can complete the assignment using text, drawing, audio and photos.  It’s great for math, science, art and English classes. For foreign languages, teachers can send images to students, have them identify the objects, and record their voices saying the word of the object, aiding in pronunciation practice.

Seamless Safe Collaboration

Using Drawp’s  patented SimpleShare technology, students simply swipe to share their assignments.  It’s as easy as handing over a sheet of paper. Collaboration enhances student’s ability to create and express themselves. With Drawp’s sharing platform, students can easily work in groups, as well as separately and one-to-one with teachers. Assignments don’t have to be taken off the device as they’re automatically saved to the cloud and occupy no device memory. The safe platform is controlled by the teacher. No email is needed.  Easy collaboration tools facilitate Common Core adherence, and Drawp for School includes Common Core alignment tips.

Eases teachers’ workload

Drawp helps teachers do what they are already doing, but helps make it easier and faster, with the added advantage of inspiring creativity in students.  Teachers are already making assignments and giving them to students, then collecting, sorting and storing. Drawp’s automatic workflow management tools make this process with digital content as simple as, or even easier than it is with paper. Teachers are free to enjoy the creative advantages of digital content, without the hassles of managing it. Drawp also allows private personal text or audio notes and feedback from teachers to students or parents.

Drawp For School is available for iPad on the App store. Android to be available in Spring 2014.
