Kathy Garcia is a Teacher Support Specialist in the Center for Innovation at Cathedral Catholic High School. In addition to helping teachers to effectively integrate technology in their classrooms she regularly presents on topics related to one-to-one classroom instruction. Kathy also teaches American Sign Language at Cathedral Catholic.
